Terms of Service

1. การยอมรับข้อตกลง

เมื่อคุณเข้าใช้ myclover.com (“บริการ”) หรือเชื่อมบัญชี Discord กับบริการ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้บริการหรือยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี

2. การใช้บริการ

คุณตกลงใช้บริการตามกฎหมายและไม่รบกวนผู้อื่น รวมถึงไม่พยายามเจาะระบบ ดึงข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ทำให้ระบบทำงานผิดปกติ ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติในทางที่สร้างภาระเกินสมควร หรือหลีกเลี่ยงกลไกยืนยันตัวตน การปลดล็อก และการจำกัดสิทธิ์ของบริการ

3. บัญชีและ Discord

บางฟีเจอร์อาจใช้ Discord OAuth/API เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน ตรวจสอบการเข้าร่วมเซิร์ฟเวอร์ บทบาท (Role) หรือสถานะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการให้สิทธิ์ใน myclover เท่านั้น คุณต้องมีสิทธิใช้บัญชีที่นำมาเชื่อมต่อ และการใช้ Discord ของคุณยังอยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงและนโยบายของ Discord แยกต่างหาก

Discord เป็นบริการของบุคคลที่สาม myclover ไม่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหรือได้รับการรับรองจาก Discord เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้โดยชัดแจ้ง

4. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

วิธีที่เราเก็บ ใช้ เก็บรักษา และลบข้อมูล อธิบายไว้ใน Privacy Policy ของ myclover ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนประกอบของการใช้บริการนี้

5. เนื้อหาและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เนื้อหา งานออกแบบ ระบบ หลักสูตร และทรัพย์สินของ myclover ยังเป็นสิทธิของเจ้าของที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเปิดให้เข้าชมหรือใช้งานไม่ได้หมายถึงการโอนสิทธิให้คุณ เว้นแต่ระบุอนุญาตไว้ชัดเจน คุณยังคงรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาหรือข้อมูลที่คุณนำเข้าบริการเอง

6. การระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึง

เราอาจจำกัด ระงับ หรือยุติการเข้าถึงบางส่วนของบริการ หากมีเหตุอันควรเชื่อว่ามีการละเมิดข้อตกลง ทำให้ระบบหรือผู้ใช้อื่นเสี่ยง หรือจำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัยและการดูแลบริการ

7. ความพร้อมใช้งานและความรับผิด

บริการมีให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราพยายามดูแลให้ใช้งานได้ แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะทำงานตลอดเวลา ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือเหมาะกับทุกวัตถุประสงค์ ภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต myclover ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากบริการของบุคคลที่สาม

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการและข้อตกลง

เราอาจปรับฟีเจอร์หรือข้อตกลงนี้เมื่อบริการเปลี่ยน โดยจะแสดงวันที่มีผลล่าสุดบนหน้านี้ การใช้บริการต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือเป็นการยอมรับฉบับที่อัปเดตภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

9. กฎหมายที่ใช้และการติดต่อ

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย เว้นแต่กฎหมายที่บังคับใช้กำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่น หากมีคำถามเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลง การเข้าถึงบัญชี หรือการลบข้อมูล ติดต่อ team@myclover.com

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using myclover.com (the “Service”), or by connecting a Discord account to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service or disconnect your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and without interfering with others. You may not attempt to compromise security, obtain data without authorization, disrupt normal operation, impose unreasonable automated load, or bypass authentication, unlock, membership, role, or other access-control mechanisms.

3. Accounts and Discord integration

Some features may use Discord OAuth/API to authenticate you and, where needed for a feature, verify server membership, roles, or related access status. You must have permission to use any account you connect. Your use of Discord remains separately subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.

Discord is a third-party service. myclover is not part of, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Privacy

How we collect, use, retain, and delete information is described in the myclover Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

myclover content, designs, systems, courses, and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Access to the Service does not transfer ownership or other intellectual-property rights unless expressly stated. You remain responsible for content or information you submit to the Service.

6. Suspension or termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service or other users are at risk, or action is necessary to protect and operate the Service.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally suitable operation. To the extent permitted by law, myclover is not liable for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update features or these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. For questions about these Terms, account access, or data deletion, contact team@myclover.com.
